WARRANTY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction and service, so with all domestic web or telesales returns, we offer free return shipping. Box Blind Defrost offers 100% product replacement for your HB200 unit on any workmanship or component defects limited to 1 year from date of purchase.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:
Begin by contacting our Customer Care Product Specialists at (715) 781-5973. They will diagnose your issue and help assist you with the return process if a return is necessary.
RETURN BY MAIL –
If you purchased directly from us at BoxBlindDefrost.com or by phone from our Customer Care team, and you are within the 30 day return policy, then you may also opt to set-up a return by mail.
To initiate your return online, request an Box Blind Defrost Return Authorization Number through our Contact Form. Be sure to include your order number for faster processing.
Alternatively, you can call Box Blind Defrost Customer Care and speak to one of our Product Specialists at (715-781-5973 for your Box Blind Defrost Return Authorization Number.
We will email you complete instructions together with a pre-paid bar-coded Box Blind Defrost Identification Return Label and ask that you attach it to the outside of your package.
Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee (see restocking fees below).
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original sales order, usually within 25 business days of package receipt.
30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
For any warranty return you must request a Return Authorization number for all unused and unopened products within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 20% restocking fee may be charged for any product when the factory seal has been broken.
DISCLAIMERS:
Return Authorization (RA) Number Required
All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization number in order for a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.
Please Note: Products or packages mailed directly to Box Blind Defrost Headquarters without an Box Blind Defrost Return Authorization Label clearly attached to the front of the package may be REFUSED DELIVERY and returned to the sender at their cost.
MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE
Retail price will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. the retail amount of any product not in “sellable” condition will be deducted from the refund amount).
